I want a baby. I've been discussing this with a certain female friend of mine, and we both agree...it's time to take that next step.
We arrived on this decision after missing a ferry to Victoria, attempting to smuggle heroin across the Canadian border and other mild inconveniences that befell us.
You see, while babies can largely compound the stresses as a student, in many situations, we feel it can also provide a so-called..."fast pass" or "free ticket." Wouldn't you hold a ferry an extra minute to ensure that crying baby gets home safely? What about border crossings? I can't imagine a world where heroin and babies interact, and that's what we're hoping the border patrol would believe as well.
So really, a baby seems like the best investment in order to give the world that extra nudge and say "hey, I know I wasn't first in line, but dammit, I've got a kid."
